Snow Day? and IF {trip}

yesterday before church. she was just so cute...

cousin bath! haha we came home from dinner and i was going to put andrew and abby in the tub, and the girls came right in, which probably worked out perfectly, i bet they all needed a bath, and they had a great time!

abby was so amazed by the faucet...

andrew loved hearing dans heart, when we went to the dr yesterday (andrew had ear infections) the first thing the dr did was listen to his heart, at first andrew was really scared of what they were going to have to do (he has had to get a "sharp" as he calls it (shot), the last 2 or 3 times we have gone to the dr, all of which have been a surprise to us both) but when he saw the stethoscope he was very excited, and sat there quietly and looked at me with a HUGE smile....

he was so serious with listening to dans heart...

tom and michelle got a trampoline, and the kids had so much fun!

when we were leaving the zoo a cement truck was across the parking lot and andrew was terrified, he was covering his ears (it was not loud...) and when i picked him up he clung very tightly to me...

it was funny, him and brooklyn were taking turns kind of lunging/jumping out in front, and i happened to take the picture when he was... see brooklyn is watching so when he jumps back she will jump out. they played so well together!

she is my smoothie lover!! any time she see's a cup with a straw poking out, she runs over to get some. so i have started just always grabbing 2 straws. which is fine with me! its a protein shake with fruit and stevia, no sugar!

she was so nervous, she was up on this platform and just sort of was stuck. she was too scared to go down the stairs, and too scared to do the slide... unless i helped her by holding on to her as she went down the slide, but even then she was awful nervous to step onto the slide to get close enough for me to reach her.

i love her little chubby legs....
So this morning we woke up to a snow storm. its very nearly june! and today is my last day of the first 3 wks of maintenance, and i have not had to do a steak day once! wahoo! we had some good weather last week, not all week but a couple nice days. then we went up to idaho falls to visit my brother and his wife and two girls. we had such a good visit with them, andrew played with his cousins the whole time and my brother was off work, so we all got to hang out. tom took us to the zoo there, which i was SO impressed with, that will definitely be something we do again! it was so kid friendly, with little paths thru the whole zoo, and it wasn't too spread out so the kids didn't get bored having to walk from exhibit to exhibit, i just loved it. michelle showed me her coupon savvy talents, and i think i am going to try it! she is amazing at saving using coupons together with store sales, she got a whole pile of stuff for like $5, and i mean a whole pile!!! amazing. sounds like fun! but i am a little nervous to start, its a big job. she has a binder that organizes them all and spends several hours a week doing it. but she is saving tons of money, and she gets tons of free stuff. anyways, i am going to try and post some pictures while abby is asleep and andrews watching the backyardigans. took him to the urgent care yesterday, he has had a fever off and on, and then he kept saying his mouth hurt, and his throat was red and so i took him in, he has an ear infection in both ears, poor little guy, he never says his ears hurt... and the dr said the sore throat was a virus (not strep. good!!!) so anyways, enjoy some pictures from our trip.
