March Madness!

the new motorcycles. he is in love with them. he carried them thru the store and added them to the checkout counter himself to make sure they were remembered, and the look on his face in the car when i opened them (i have NO patience...i LOVE getting him stuff i know he will love), his face was priceless, he was SOOOOOOOOOO excited. he thinks they are SO COOL (he told me that himself.) he also told aunt mary because she rode in a "big jet" that she is "so big and so cool!"

we went for a walk the other day, and my bertini stroller has a bad wheel i need to get fixed, and my peg was in the trunk of the car, so i was strollerless, but it was 50 degrees and we just had to get out there! so i let andrew push her in this car to the part, and they both loved it! i was just a little hesitant because it has no seat belts, and i wasn't sure if abby would agree to sit that long if she didn't have to. on the way home she kept trying to stand up and turn around, and made me a little nervous, but we made it alright... we just LOVE feeling like spring is coming. i had hats on them at first, but soon took the hats and jackets off, it was just REALLY REALLY warm and we were all pretty hot in a jacket.



So march has started, and already some exciting things have happened! (and this month abby will turn ONE!) my sister Mary flew in today as well as her fiance B-rad (brad). We went down to saratoga springs storage unit looking for the blendtec mix n blend, but to no avail:(. then we headed to provo where i was picking up a FREE play kitchen for andrew. i was SO excited when i saw this add, and thought "oh it actually looks decent, i'm sure its gone by now", but i called and to my pleasant surprise, it was still unclaimed! so i said "i'll come get it!", and today thats what i did. it was in need of some wiping down, but i didn't mind that at all because i would have sanitized it anyways. its not the most top of the line, but its a great starter. if the kids REALLY love it, it might not last forever, upon which case i would invest in a better one. but for now, its great. and it was going to be his birthday present, but i thought he might enjoy it alone a little better, there are going to be other toys at his birthday and he'll have plenty of fun with them. so my mom and dad got him some play kitchen stuff, pots n pans and some food, and then some motorcycles that were on clearance, which he is sleeping with tonight. so thanks mom and dad! andy loves it. so does abby, she thinks the kitchen and all its stuff is pretty interesting and fun herself. so thats what i have going on. Oh- this was blogworthy for SURE- so we are driving to provo- me , mary, b-rad and andrew (dan and abby stayed home), and i was just saying abby had been teething (getting a molar) and was up every hour last night, and finally at 2:30 i felt her mouth and realized it was a molar hurting her and thats why she kept waking. so b-rad said "oh you know its teething whe its 2:30". TOOTH-HURTY- GET it? it took me a minute. but WELL PLAYED B-RAD. that was pretty funny! he's pretty punny, and i like that. puns are fun. andrew was very excited to see them both, and he's pretty excited mary is staying here tonight (right now shes out catching up with some of her best buds- its her first day back in utah!). so we'll see her again probably in the morning, because i'm getting pretty tired. well, enjoy some pics, i'm going to finish the biggest loser!
