Abby Walks!

here is the banana bread that i made yesterday. ALL stevia instead of sugar ! (saves 700 calories!!!) and i used whole wheat flour. just a little tid bit for those of you who didn't know this- i learned something new about "whole wheat" at the store. if you buy whole wheat flour at the store, they take out the wheat germ which has the protein and anti-oxidants (because they oxidize after a few hours and makes the bread lose a long shelf live, so if you grind your own wheat make sure you use it within 3-4 hrs or freeze it!). so one more reason to make your own bread!!! anyways this banana bread turned out great! my family loved it and so did my friends who tried it. definitely doing that again:)

So abby is getting pretty good at this walking thing! she has walked like 12 steps, and is really balancing better and better everday. what a miracle. one day she doesn't walk. ok so when she turned 11 mo she did take her first few steps. but now she is pushing her little toys all around the house and walking quite well between dan and i. she gets so excited when she walks and stands on her own. she is just a little beam of sunshine, she is so happy and sweet. andrew loves to show us he can also walk, and its pretty funny, he walks really slow and takes baby steps and wabbles a little. haha. he was also helping his blue baby to walk. he LOVES to be part of the family and help little sister with walking, even though he can get a little too excited and just grab her prematurely. she can also get excited and just dive for him. so i guess it evens out. this morning she woke up before andrew (FINALLY! he needs more sleep! he keeps waking up by 5 something or 6, not good ! ) so abby got her walking toy and was walking back to their room saying "andrew", me and dan both heard it and we are pretty sure she was calling his name. so enjoy the video! the first one does start out a little sketchy but it gets better quickly, and the second one is just funny! i happened to get it on my camera just at the right time. enjoy!
