Abby's 9 mo pic. at her 9 mo checkup on the 18th, she was 19.58 lb and that put her in the 62%tile, her height was 29 inches, which put her in the 90%tile for height. her head circumference was in the 62%tile. it was nice not having to do shots at 9 mo! they did check her iron though, and she wasn't happy to have that done. but good news- iron was just fine! so... she seems to be healthy and happy at 9 months. she crawled a little before 9 months, which made her crawling a month before andrew started... she is starting to try and pull herself up on things, so far just pulling herself up to standing on her knees. she crawls everywhere, and says andrew, and i think she is actually figuring out "dada' is dad. she is always found sleeping in funny positions, and seems to like sleeping on her tummy now. she eats 4-6 oz of formula every 305 hrs during the day, and is eating at least 3 cans of baby food a day (4 oz). she loves kix cereal, she is starting to play peek a boo just a little bit, and loves to be cuddled and kissed, but because she is teething she bites!! so watch out. she follows andrew where ever he goes, when we put him to bed she crawls over to his door...she takes 2 good naps a day, i'm trying to wean out that 3rd evening nap , because when i can, she goes to bed by 7:30 or 8 at the latest and thats nice. especially since we have weaned andrew of his afternoon nap and he now goes to bed at 7. last night he was too excited about his new train set , so we had to take the trains away, and actually we left his door open for the first time to try and get him to stay in his bed, and it worked. he stayed in bed, and so if that is what will work best for him i'm fine with that. lately when we put him to sleep he falls asleep in front of the door because i lock it because he keeps coming out, but if he will stay IN his bed with the door open, we'll try that.
here are some pics i got back, i LOVE the ones of andrew. by some miraculous streak of luck we got him to cooperate. so i went back 3 days later to get pics of both kids, but he was in NO mood to cooperate. same time of day... just 3 days later. i think we'll try once more soon, to get a pic of the whole family. well enjoy! a Christmas post is coming...
