flu strikes {home}

andrew doesn't have the flu (so far!) he was just tired today:)

this is what abby does when she is tired of being on her tummy.

she's falling....

she is starting to turn like this when she sits, i am wondering if crawling might be coming? i am not hoping really for it to come soon, shes at a great age right now , shes happy to sit in one place, and happy to be in the jumperoo and exersaucer, and swing even... its great to contain her!

this is also something she started doing recently, pulling at the hair behind this ear. im hoping its not because of an ear infection..they go in friday for flu shot boosters so we'll see then i guess.
one more thing ABBY GOT TOOTH NUMBER FIVE TODAY!! now she has both bottom middle (and the teeth on either side of them is surely coming soon, both sides the gums have been so swollen lately), and she has the teeth that go on either side of the front ones on top, and now she got the top left tooth today! she also got some 7 mo pics at jcp today:)

today andrew was being SUPER fussy this afternoon, i wasn't really sure why exactly but he was just sort of a basket case after his nap. so me and dan (who was home sick, i'll talk more about that in a minute) were catching up on The Biggest Loser, and so i told andrew to come sit by me, and a few minutes later i look down and he's OUT in my arms. he was just tired! so i laid him down on the lovesac and there he slept for a while... i had to get some pictures, and quite honestly, these were the best and easiest pictures i've gotten of him in SO long! i didn't have to rush, i didnt have to being saying "Andrew, look at mommy" fifty times, it was like a breathe of fresh air. because he sleeps in his room, i never seem to get pictures of him sleeping, and he looked so cute laying there.
on to the sickness- i think dan may have the swine flu. talking to my friend who works in the hospital, she has seen a lot of it, and from what dan's symptoms have been it sounds just like it. its been going around everywhere here! i've heard of SO many people i know having it. i hope me and the kids stay healthy...we are just getting over nasty colds, if that counts as healthy. i made some of my favorite soup today, the Zuppa Toscana soup from olive garden. sooo yummy. anyways, i also went to the old DMV, i had to renew my license before my birthday next month (watch out 24! yipes!!!). i can't believe its been 5 years since i got it... but no minor license anymore:) well i better get going.
