3 {new} things!

she LOVED rice cereal!

she wanted the hold the spoon and bowl so much!

i love her blue blue eyes.

you can really see her 2 little teeth here! TODAY she got a NEW tooth! its on top, its not one of the middle 2 top teeth, its the one right next to where the middle ones will come in on her left side. i knew it was coming, he had actually been fussing getting this one, and i think the same tooth on the other side is not far behind it. her gums have been swollen and shes been just fussy...mostly in the evenings. other than that shes been a good sport about it.

i thought i would include this picture because andrew is never far away! he didn't want to try her cereal (i did offer), but he just wanted to watch and be close by.  andrew is definitely our cuddler and he melts for anything soft or fuzzy, he loves to be rocked and cuddled, and he doesn't come by sleeping alone naturally, he would MUCH rather cuddle. i had to rock him to sleep like the first 18 mo of his life... and then i had to make him cry it out... when we went to southern utah with my mom, i let him sleep in the bed with me (it was that or on the hardwood floor) and when we got back he sheepishly asked "sleep in mama's bed?" kind of trying to slip that in JUST IN CASE i said yes. HA! theres no way. i don't do kids in MY bed. and he knows that. we love having andrew in our home, hes so sweet and he's such an innocent little guy. today he started something new. he woke up very curious this morning. he has been asking "what is that?" "what is that?" to everything. he helped me make waffles, by pouring ingredients in, and luckily with my help it all made it in the bowl! he is such an agreeable child, he really doesn't give me too much trouble , most of the time he lets me do what i want, although sometimes hes beginning to exercise his likes preferences to what he wears (basketball shorts! soccer shirt!). he got a little suit for church, i'll have to get a picture of that, he had been wanting a tie like daddys. what a good kid. i'm so thankful i have andrew for our oldest, i can tell he is going to be a good example to those that follow. very easy going, and loves to help and is actually i think going to be a softie like his daddy.
abby is more miss independent girl. she prefers to be layed down to sleep or nap, however she does LOVE being held and cuddled, she gives hugs and kisses ALL the time. she is the sweetest baby girl! and so pretty.

well that is the update on how our kids are ... and how blessed we feel to have them. i love watching her sleep. she is so peaceful and completely innocent. those are my favorite pjs of hers. i love that about babies and little children. oh by the way, i had given her rice cereal for the first time yesterday, thinking it might make her sleep better. except this morning instead of sleeping IN like i had hoped, she woke up a good hour earlier!!! but she loved the rice cereal so i'll keep giving it to her. andrew never really did baby food or cereal too much, he just didnt like it a whole lot. so its nice she does, because its so easy to prepare!
