Bike Park

Ahhh...the great outdoors!

it made me nervous as he mounted his bike barely atop that hill!

Today we found the bike park near our house, its really only about 1/2 mile from here! It is Andrews new HAPPY PLACE. Its all he has talked about since this morning finding it. As his mother- I am a bit nervous about this new love. I see him get air, with both tires. I see him struggle to get on his bike before it goes down a steep jump. My heart is going on his own free fall at that point... and I am photographing the incident as it happens. Hoping and praying I don't capture him crashing and breaking bones. Bella was in her suit because our neighbors had a slip n slide, and the kids went to check it out. I suppose she was overlooked until we were in the car. We only were there a few minutes tonight, maybe 15 so it wasn't a big deal. This morning we weren't there long either, Owen was having a rough go, I think he was ready for a nap and the bike trailer wasn't working. Summer has been busy, which is what I thrive on with the kids. It keeps me happy, it gets their energy out. Its a win all around. Tomorrow we are going to seven peaks for the first time this summer! the kids are excited about that. I wouldn't be surprised if I get the kids out for a bike ride again tomorrow morning!
