Snowy Day

after school he had  a fun time by himself out there. he came in and told me the snowflakes were SO BEAUTIFUL.

i'm not sure if isabella just wanted andrew or to go out. she hasn't been too crazy about deep snow.

this was from last month. i just decided to edit it.

yesterday we got a ton of snow. we are still getting snow actually. andrew want me to go build a snowman. the snow wasn't wet though. and abbys friend was over, and isabella has not appreciated deep snow in the past. so he went out solo. he had a good time. i thought it was nice that he was taking time to notice the snowflakes. he poked his head in for a minute to tell me he was seeing snowflakes land on his gloves, and they were beautiful. and not just all the snowflakes, but each one was a little shape. and he said it was "pretty pretty". yesterday dan took him to a jazz appearance night that he got to be part of with jr jazz basketball. Enes Kantor showed up and the kids got to go down on the court with him, it was pretty cool. andrew came back on cloud 9. he couldn't stop telling me all about it. it was something that made his month i think. i'm so glad dan was able to go. he wasn't thinking he would be able to because of his class and homework but he was able to get some homework done at work, and left class early so he could take andrew. me and the girls thought about going, but they really just needed to go to bed, it wasn't starting until 7, so i stayed with the girls and put them to bed. Isabella has been sleeping clear thru the night for over a week now and i'm ecstatic over that milestone. its taken SOOOO long to get here. i was starting to wonder if she would ever sleep thru the night. right before i let her cry it out it was getting worse. she was waking up 2-4 times a night and not wanting me to put her down. but i didnt want her in my bed so i was in a pickle because she would wake back up when i lay her down. ugh. im so glad thats behind us now! isabella is still as obsessed as ever with Dora. the past 2 days have been ridiculous! she has been crying and fussing about every minute dora isn't on. i would be though that her cold and eye teeth barely poking thru are partly to blame. i'm thinking she doesn't feel too well. abby has been unusually crabby the past could days too, even being a little mean to her favorite play mate. i'm wondering if she isn't feel tip top either. she has started coughing and seems to be getting isabella's cold. anyways thats our update since yesterday:) it feels good to be regularly blogging again.
