what a bunch of cuties!!!

she is just adorable. if i do say so myself;)

getting ready to ride the waves!

toes just aren't as good with sand. infact she thought anything wasn't very good with sand. she wouldn't nurse until i had gotten home and taken a shower.

these are gorgeous- i couldn't have asked for better lighting!

my very adorable niece Unaya (abby says it You-naya). we miss her! every time abby sees a picture she goes "awwwww i miss you-naya! she's so cute!"

love her sandy little head!

you said i had sand where?

And back here!? man, i thought i stayed pretty clean!

how do i look? did i get it all?

aww she LOVES her mama!

i love this one, sooo sweet.

a GREAT picture, such beautiful happy girls.

this was the 28th i think starting here.

just like his daddy. he was fearless with the waves! i was so proud of him.

it was cooler and rainy some times this last day, but we had a great time anyways. we LOVED going to the beach.

can we say MARY? this really reminds me of my sister mary.

she did NOT like it when waves would plow her over. can you blame her? they were STRONG.

she got so clingy after waves would get her- she did NOT want down.

this storm was moving close to us one day, i think the 27th, dan was worried about us getting home. and truth be told it was a little scary when we were driving home. a storm was hitting us HARD> luckily Audrey was driving and got us safely home. something broke when we got home too...we were very lucky we made it.

we were told she doesnt usually like men, well she liked Dan! :)
SO these were our last beach days. we loved the beach. it was very expensive to get there, the Verrazanno Bridge was $12 each way, plus gas, food, traffic time, tolls... we did 3 or 4 beach days i think. everything was covered in sand, but we had fun. then we flew to alaska! which will entail our other posts coming next. New Jersey was a great experience. it was green. it was beautiful, it was crowded and dirty in areas, but where we lived it was not as crowded and kept very nice and clean. we got to see so many things and do so much that we would not normally be able to do. abby still talks about New Jersey almost every day, saying she wants to go back. saying our house here is not big enough (i think she means TALL. we had 4 floors there. lots and lots of stairs...). Andrew got to spend his 5th birthday in NYC. how many kids get to do that?! (that are from out west that is). well, i better get going off to bed. great trip.
