we dont have as many smiles lately- we have been sick.

we went out to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. it was so nice to get out.  very huge proportions and very good sweet potato fries;)

we went to the aquarium recently, they added a new otter exhibit thats way cute.

my funny girl.  she is very possessive of her spot at the counter. its kind of funny. won't share it with company who unknowingly may want to sit down...

playing "temple run", its a really fun app. not temple as in LDS temple, but as in ancient ruins. it is a fun game...andrew can play while watching dan, moving to another spot, the kid has some decent concentration!

SO i will get some good pictures of Isabella, but here are a couple. She has her 6 mo checkup early on monday.  so we'll see where she's at. im guessing around 16 pounds. not sure how tall though. moving draws closer...and i find that as moving draws closer, i feel like i'm drawing myself in a little... i get a little overwhelmed moving. i just always remember telling myself after a move that 1. it took way longer and 2. was way harder than i expected. dan has been so good. hes been hauling food storage and boxes up from the basement and boxing it up down there. he moved out dressers and some other furniture we aren't taking to the garage. he leaves very early friday morning to drive out to NYC alone. also a source of some stress... andrews school is being so attentive to andrews changes coming up, and going on now. today they "moved" at school and all got to help rearrange things in the classroom. they also want to skype with him when we are out there (apparently they use a laptop a lot in class) and they want to exchange post cards. andrew will really enjoy that, he is feeling a bit stressed by having his room turned upside down along with the rest of the house, and i speak for us all when i say i can't wait for the next 2 weeks to be over. just for the sake of being done worrying about moving and being in a transitional state. i want to get back into normal life and get "the move" off my back. its weighing me down. i want to get back to just enjoying life, and to life where i don't feel bad when i do nothing and just make faces to Isabella or take the kids out somewhere, or just watch a movie, or just doing nothing. that doesn't mean i haven't done those things a lot, if not more lately, i just know in the back of my mind i need to be getting more done. i bet you've had enough talk of moving. i have now. .. Isabella LOVES her jumperoo, its so cute. when you look at her and talk to her in there she really gets excited and jumps so high, like "See, here's my best just for you!" shes such a sweet girl. both my girls are very sweet. andrew tonight as im tucking him into bed, i said "i love you to outer space and back" (he likes to see how much i love him and try to top it, its a thing we do), and so he replied "i love you how hot a light is, and how hot lava is!" so i took that for what its worth- a lot. he knows we don't touch lights when they are on because they get very hot, and lava is the hottest of all. what a sweet boy he can be. i told him we could take donuts to his school on his last day and i said "how about chocolate?" and he said "no, half chocolate, half pink. chocolate for the boys, and pink for the girls". hes so funny.  Also a bit of good news- or rather a note- the 8ths anniversary of dan proposing to me was on the 23. i always remember because the date is so lucky- 1/23/04. i mean how easy is that!? 8 years. gosh. long time. 3 kids late. many moves later. we've lived in Utah, Arizona, Alaska, Washington DC, and now going to NJ. some places were brief, some more than once...but we met in NE so theres another one we've lived in at the same time. anyways im going to wrap this up.
