Life as of late....

yah! we're back in business! didnt make bread for a long time during the summer, but its working again:) i put water in the oven with it, and while it was rising.

i think this was the other morning, dan ended up being a little late for work, he just couldnt put her down. she wasn't very happy when he did either. it looks like she is smiling there;)

tissue paper balls for the girls rooms. still need to make 2 more to hang over abbys bed. andrew is terribly jealous. he would like a red or blue or sports one.

she fell asleep with her baby last night, i thought that was cute. the flash made her flinch a little.

 first things first- HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my brother tom today! i dont remember exactly how old he is, born in 77 i think... 34? anyways i love ya brother!
so we've been able to see mary a lot lately, she left monday to move to AK though, so that will come to a screeching halt! we'll miss her and brad, my kids LOVE them. and so do i. it was sure nice seeing them again, it was an unexpected treat at the end of the summer, their original plan had been to go up to ak without coming "home" to slc first. life is life for us right now. im actually adjusting to having 3 kids. i am beginning to think i'll be able to continue life somewhat as we knew it before the move and baby. it feels good to feel like i can handle all that again. without my mother here to take care of us the first couple weeks i think i would have had a mental breakdown! there was just so much to do and i was just too tired to do it. melatonin for the kids at bedtime is also a miracle worker than has changed the worst part of the day (bedtime) into a breeze. which really helps me because it was the last straw most days for me... its so nice to have that sorted out. i've also been reading the hunger games, in the middle toward the end of the 2nd book right now. very good. i think i've been dreaming about it every night since the first book. which i went thru fairly quickly, and even quicker for the second... good reading! i've also discovered Pinterest, the coolest thing ever.  abby is really into monsters right now. she was following me downstairs and started freaking out grabbing my shirt "a monster is coming!" and i said "no, there are no monsters upstairs", so she replied "how about downstairs?" haha no. none there either....she has fun with it, but scares herself a lot too. andrew is liking school. he has 2 more soccer games left and then he's done. yesterday i guess in preschool he made a red U out of blocks. his teachers asked if he liked Utah and he casually said "yeah i went to the game with my dad", haha the game he went to was in april... not any of the last few games. they asked him why he loves utah so much, and he said "i was just born that way". hahha not anything to do with dear old dad i'm sure. well, i better get going. preschool is in a hour. the kids are bathed (the 2 older ones) and we are all pretty much ready, but still have a few things to do. well, i'm out!
