Hoppy Easter

Abby couldn't be more proud to have a backpack of her own. she has been wearing it all day almost everyday.

he was very excited for an umbrella, he has been wanting one for a while...

she had a lot of fun dropping the eggs in the water and pulling them out over and over.

after sugar high ....she hit a sugar drop. she just sat there watching a show, looking a little out of it...

On Easter Sunday. she had her purse, phone and backpack...ready to go!

So we had a great Easter. Did the festivities of the Easter Bunny on saturday, and the kids were thrilled with what the Easter bunny brought them. A magna-doodle pad for each of them (great for church!), andrew and umbrella, and abby a backpack. they also LOVED finding Easter eggs around the living room and seeing "bunny tracks" around on the carpet. Sunday we watched "He is Risen" with the kids (the cartoon), and talked about what Easter was about. we had a lovely dinner at Jen & Margo's with sam and heidi and their family as well. great Easter. We are very thankful for Jesus Christ and that he LIVES!
