Well, here is another post. kind of a mix of a lot of things...So i never did post about the stroller i recently purchased. but here is the verdict- i LOVE LOVE LOVE it. its finally what i have wanted in a stroller- it actually pushes like i expect one to, it glides along so easily! the peg perego did push very well, but no 2nd child options. i wish they would figure something out with the p3 , but oh well. by the way, i got the Baby Jogger City Select. for a great deal too! clearance model 2010! which was i think the 1st year they made this model. its very sturdy, and i love the options it has. 16 different combinations if you have the carseat adapter and bassinet. seats can both face forward, rear, face each other, face apart... i love it. and its a single that simply converts to a double, so its not huge. dan actually gets some credit due here- he found it. well, months ago i found it but it wasn't on sale, and then i had read a review saying the seats are smaller and best suited for under 18 months. until i watched baby gizmo's review which showed a 5 yr old sitting in the seat just fine. so dan actually is the one who brought this one back on the table. we went to USA baby to test it out next to the other model i really wanted, the britax b ready. which i also liked, but dan thought the baby jogger felt sturdier. so we went with the baby jogger, and we both absolutely love pushing it. so here are a couple pictures, i am sure i will get better pictures if i ever start really taking pictures again, which i think will be when it warms up. theres just not a whole lot goin on when its cold. and when something fun does happen, i am not used to packing the camera. so i end up with phone shots anyways. andrews school is going well. i am tired. really tired. most of the time. i sure hope i get some energy back soon. i am glad and excited we are expecting another baby, but i am so tired. thinking of getting out of bed in the morning and making the kids breakfast every morning is like "ahhh. do i really have to?" yes i know i do. but the cleaning part, that doesn't always get done. its usually pointless anyways, as its dirty before i finish cleaning anyways... i am 13 wks tomorrow. its kind of weird though, i remember being more emotional and feeling like my hormones are kind of out of control really early in my last 2 pregnancies. it really seems to have showed up around week 11 or 12 now though. we went to see a movie last weekend and i think i nearly cried the whole time. i had such a headache when it was over! i couldn't wait for it to be over actually. i just hate feeling like i am bawling at something marginally sad or touching. same thing happened with lion king and little mermaid, i had to fight back serious tears the entire time. ah.. its exhausting. anyways, good news, i'm pretty much done with the 1st trimester! some other good news, we had a bit of a warm spell this week. mid 50s with lots of wind, but we'll take it! we went to the park the past couple days and it was just so nice to let the kids get outside. its hard to find things to do inside all winter, andrew just wants to watch tv all the time. and i hate letting him watch very much tv, its just such a waste. i also included a couple pics from st george from my brothers camera.
